稽核审计部-Auditing Department稽核审计部负责对公司各业务线和所属各分支机构实施内部审计,对其经营管理活动合法性和内部控制的健全性、有效性进行独立客观的监督和评价,对各项业务流程和制度执行的合规性、适当性作出评价、报告及提出改善建议,督促其整改完善,促进公司各项业务的健康发展。

The Auditing Department is responsible for implementing internal audit of the various business lines and affiliated entities of the Company It independently and objectively supervises and evaluates the legality of the operation management activities and the robustness of the internal control of the Company, comments and reports on the compliance and suitability of the implementation of the various and business processes and regulations, puts forward suggestions for improvement, and urges the auditees to make rectification and improvement. As a safeguard, the Department aims to promote the healthy development of the various businesses of the Company.

实习岗位方向:业务稽核助理 Business Audit Assistant

实习工作地点:北京 Beijing

岗位职责说明1. 从事经纪业务稽核项目工作;

To engage in audit projects across the brokerage business line;

2. 协助进行稽核项目资料的收集与整理;参与稽核项目的检查、分析、处理;

Assist in collecting and organizing audit project data; Participate in the review, analysis and documentation of audit projects;

3. 参与改进稽核方法工作;熟悉、掌握稽核项目全部实施过程;熟悉、掌握内部和外部审计工具。

Make constructive suggestions for the improvement of audit methodologies; Grasp the entire audit procedure; understand and flexible use of internal and external audit tools.

任职资格要求1.国内2021年应届生及海外2020/2021年毕业生,全日制硕士及以上学历的在校生;

Domestic students graduating in 2020 and overseas students graduating in 2020/2021 with a Master's degree or above;

2.在校期间学习成绩优秀,具有审计、金融、经济、会计、法律、IT等专业资格者优先考虑;

Excellent academic performance in college. Candidates with professional qualifications in auditing, finance, economics, accounting, law and IT are highly preferred;

清算部-Clearing & Settlement Department清算部作为公司证券运营支持以及运营解决方案提供者,目前可以提供的运营服务包括账户存管、估值核算、注册登记、清算结算、资金划付、运营支持等功能,覆盖公司境内外各项业务,包括自营及资本中介、资产管理、财富管理、投行等业务线等。

As firm-wide provider of operation solutions, Clearing & Settlement Dept. provide operation services including trade support,account custody, valuation and accounting, registration, transfer agent, clearing and settlement, for all business lines of CITICS at home and abroad, including Brokerage, Prop trading, IBD, Asset management etc.

实习岗位方向:运营助理 Operation Assistant

实习工作地点:北京 Beijing

岗位职责说明1. 账户存管:协助公司会籍业务、存管业务及公司各类账户业务的运营管理,协助根据中国结算及交易所规则办理公司会籍业务、存管业务,对公司资源进行有效管理;

Account custody: Assist in the operation and management of the company's membership business, depository business and various account businesses based on China Clearing and Exchange Rules, and effectively manage the company's resources;

2. 估值核算:协助公司资管、自营业务的产品级、账户级、客户级的估值核算,协助各估值层级外部信息披露报告及内部管理报告中估值核算相关数据的编制及复核;

Valuation and Accounting: Assist in the valuation and accounting for asset management and prop trading business lines, at product, account and customer levels; Assist to report and review valuation and accounting data for the purpose of external information disclosure and internal management reports;

3. 注册登记:协助完成公司发行或管理产品的注册登记工作,对所管理产品的发行募集、份额权益、分红派息、到期清盘和产品转型等行为进行确认登记;

Registration:Assist to complete the registration of products issued or managed by CITICS, and to confirm and register lifecycle events for products managed by CITICS, including issuance, corporate actions, proxy rights, liquidation and product transformation;

4. 运营支持:协助公司各业务线境内外产品、项目、交易的非结算类运营支持,协助完成交易柜台管理、产品头寸管理、产品发行登记及存续运营管理、信息披露、客户服务等;

Trade support: Assist in the non-settlement operation support of domestic and overseas products, projects and transactions of all business lines, and assist in the completion of counter management, position management, issuance registration and lifecycle events management, information disclosure, customer service, etc.;

5. 资金交收:协助自营、经纪、资管业务的交易确认和资金结算,协助完成在登记公司、中证报价系统、柜台市场、银行间市场及其他场内外市场各业务品种的资金交收工作;

Settlement: Assist in cash settlement of prop trading, brokerage and asset management businesses, and help to complete cash settlement for exchange markets, China Securities Quotation System, over-the-counter markets, inter-bank markets and other relevant markets;

6. 清算业务:协助为公司各业务线场内、场外及其他衍生市场提供日常法人、柜台清算工作及清算业务支持,协助对接各外部机构完成数据文件收发工作,进行公司交易结算数据文件统一管理。

Clearing: Assist to provide daily clearing services and supports for exchange markets, OTC markets and other relevant markets, assist in receiving and sending data files from and to external institutions, and carry out unified management of transaction settlement data files.

计划财务部-Planning & Finance Department财务部负责公司的会计和财务管理工作。会计工作主要包括公司各项业务的日常会计核算,编制各类会计报表、监管和统计报表,准备公司公开信息披露相关财务资料等,保证公司会计信息的及时、准确、完整提供;财务管理工作主要包括预算管理、税务管理、自有银行账户和日常费用管理、资本性支出管理、会计监督、财务分析等,在有效控制财务相关风险的前提下,促进公司财务资源的有效配置和经营效率的提升。

The Finance Department is in charge of the accounting and financial management work of the Company. Accounting work mainly includes the daily book keeping, preparation of various accounting statements and regulatory and statistics forms, preparation of information disclosure of relevant financial materials and so on of the various businesses of the Company and the guarantee of prompt, accurate and complete provisions of the accounting information of the Company; and financial management work mainly includes budget management, tax management, management of self-owned bank accounts and daily expenses, capital expenditure management, accounting supervision, financial analysis and so on. 实习岗位方向:财务助理岗 Assistant

实习工作地点:北京 Beijing

岗位职责说明支持部门各项业务开展,可分为3大工作方向包括:

Providing support for the development of the various businesses of the Department, including the following three major work directions:

1. 负责金融产品估值结果的日常检验,协调各部门确认估值方法,推进估值系统开发,配合估值主管完成各项数据统计、分析工作;

Product Controller: Taking responsibility for the daily valuation and PnL reconciliation of financial products; coordinating related departments for valuation methods validation and system development; assisting in data collection and analysis work;

2. 负责公司内部日常财务分析报告编制工作,协助完成各项对外汇报材料中财务数据的准备工作,境内外竞争对手财务数据的定期分析工作;

Financial Analysis: Taking responsibility for regular financial analysis report preparation; assisting in financial data preparation for Company's roadshow reports; and regularly analyzing financial data of domestic and foreign competitors;

3. 负责公司某个业务条线的会计核算以及财务管理工作。完成与所负责的核算业务相关的监管统计数据、财务分析数据的收集整理工作。

Accountant: Taking responsibility for the accounting and financial management of a certain business line; completing the collection and sorting of regulatory statistical data and financial analysis data related to the concerned business line.

2. 财务、金融、金融工程、金融数学或其他经济类相关专业;
