托管部-Custody Department托管部统一负责公司资产托管业务承揽、业务推广及营销策划,负责业务组织实施,提供资产保管、估值核算、资金清算、投资监督、信息披露、托管报告及相关行政外包服务。

The Custody Department is unifiedly responsible for the asset custody business canvassing, promotion and marketing of the Company. It is also responsible for business organization and implementation. It provides asset safekeeping, valuation, accounting, clearing and settlement, investment monitoring, information disclosure, custody reporting and relevant administrative outsourcing services.

实习岗位方向:业务助理 Business Assistant

实习工作地点:北京 Beijing

岗位职责说明1. 协助托管资产的会计核算和估值定价工作,出具估值结果;

Assisting in accounting and valuation of custody assets and issuing valuation results;

2. 协助托管资产资金结算、指令处理、场内清算交收、银行间市场清算结算的日常业务处理;

Assisting in cash settlement, instructions processing, exchange trading clearing and settlement, and daily business processing for CIBM market clearing and settlement;

3. 协助产品方案设计、协议沟通审核,完成产品统计、数据整理和分析,分析收集市场信息,开展政策、市场和行业产品发展趋势研究;

Assisting in product design, contract communication and audit, completing product statistics and data sorting and analysis, collecting and analyzing market information, and carry outing policy, market and industry product development trend research;

4. 协助制定销售及服务指标,推进业务落地,做好目标客户分析和拓展,组织策划实施营销活动;

Assisting in formulating sales and services indicators, promoting business implementation, undertaking effective target customer analysis and development, and organizing and planning marketing activities;

5. 协助托管业务相关客户需求对接、技术方案编写、系统开发、进度跟踪。

任职资格要求1. 国内2021年应届生及海外2020/2021年毕业生,全日制硕士及以上学历的在校生;

Domestic students graduating in 2020 and overseas students graduating in 2020/2021 with a Master's degree or above;

2. 金融、财会、统计、数理、计算机、法律相关专业,具备CPA、CFA、FRM等优先考虑;

Majoring in finance, accounting, statistics, mathematics, computer science and law, etc., preferably with CPA, CFA and FRM qualificayion;

3. 具备良好的沟通表达能力、快速学习能力、逻辑分析能力;

部门介绍

库务部-Treasury Department库务部是中信证券前台业务部门,以提升公司资本金总体回报为目标,开展资金运营各项业务,统一管理和优化公司境内外资金、资产和负债。资金运营业务主要有:发行公司债、短融、收益凭证等各类债务融资工具;参与货币市场拆借、回购交易和债券市场交易;开展流动性储备资金低风险投资贡献收入和利润等。资产负债管理主要职能是优化大类资产配置,提升公司总体资金运用效率。

As a front-end office business department of CITIC Securities, the Treasury Department aims to improve the overall return of the Company's capital, carries out various funds operation businesses, and unifiedly manages and optimizes the Company's domestic and offshore funds, assets and liabilities. Its funds operation businesses mainly include: issuing corporate bonds, short-term bonds, commercial papers, and other debt financing instruments; participating in money market borrowing and lending, repos, R-repos and bond market trading; carrying out low-risk investment with liquidity reserve funds to add income and profits, etc. The main assets and liabilities management function of the Custody Department is to optimize the allocation of capital and assets so as to improve the overall capital efficiency of the Company.

实习岗位方向:业务助理 Business Assistant

实习工作地点:北京、香港 Beijing/Hong Kong

岗位职责说明1. 资金管理员岗位:协助开展资金头寸管理,资金FTP报价,富余头寸摆放与相关套利,子公司资金管理,对口业务资产跟踪分析与管理建议;

Fund Position Operator: Assisting in daily fund position management, daily FTP pricing, surplus fund utilizing, fund position management and relevant arbitrage, management of subsidiaries’ funds, specific assets monitoring and fund management suggestions;

2. 资金交易员岗位:负责银行间市场及交易所市场资金交易的执行,货币政策及市场趋势的分析整理并进行相关的研究提出交易策略的建议,维护与交易对手的日常联系并保持交易渠道的畅通,与交易相关的簿记,统计及报送数据等其他工作,开展资金头寸管理;

Money Market Trader: Assisting in money market trade execution, monetary policy tracking and market trend researching, client development, counterparties relationship maintenance, money market-related bookkeeping, statistics and data reporting, and undertaking fund position management;

3. 债务融资业务岗位:协助开展公司债务融资工具发行和兑付,债务融资相关销售、客户开拓维护,存量债务分析与管理,对口业务资产跟踪分析与管理建议;

Debt Financing Assistant: Assisting in debt financing tool issuance and exchange, debt financing-related sales, client development and maintenace, outstanding debts monitoring and management, specific assets monitoring and fund efficiency evaluation;

4. 流动性投资岗位:协助执行流动性投资相关债券交易,开展市场环境相关分析并提供投资建议,记录台帐、计算组合收益、评价组合表现,对口业务资产跟踪分析与管理建议;

Liquidity Investment Trader: Assisting in carrying out daily trades, relevant market analysis, trading-related recording, portfolio revenue calculating and performance evaluation, specific assets monitoring and fund efficiency evaluation;

5. 资产负债管理岗位:协助跟踪维护公司日常资产负债运行情况,完成周度、月度、季度资负情况汇报,市场环境日常跟踪,资产配置策略系列报告,公司资产配置决策相关执行工作,对口业务资产跟踪分析与管理建议;

Asset and Liability Analyst: Assisting in A&L results tracking and calculatiion, weekly/monthly/quarterly ALM reports compiling, market environment research, companywide decision implementation, specific assets monitoring and fund efficiency evaluation;

6. 境外资金管理岗位:协助开展境外资金头寸管理,境外发债融资,境外流动性投资,境外资金配置和资产跟踪分析。

Offshore Treasury Assistant: Assisting in offshore fund position management, offshore financing, offshore asset allocation and fund efficiency monitoring, offshore excess liquidity utilizing.

风险管理部-Risk Management Department风险管理部负责管理中信证券所面临的市场风险、信用风险、流动性风险、操作风险等金融风险,并为公司业务提供风险管理解决方案。

Risk Management Department serves the company's globalization strategy, with the goal of bringing our clients higher investment return upon continuous operation. We establish a strict and prudent risk control system, apply scientific and rigorous risk management methodology and implements the integrated management of the company's domestic and overseas risks. We identify, monitor, assess and manage the risks we assume in conducting our activities including credit, market, operational, model and liquidity risks.

实习岗位方向:分析师 Analyst

实习工作地点:北京 Beijing

岗位职责说明1. 信用与投资风险分析:对标的对象的财务和信用状况进行分析,评估其信用偿付能力或财务投资估值,协助完成行业数据采集与分析。

Credit Risk Analyst:Assess the credit and financial strength of the firm's trading counterparties and target companies to determine acceptable levels of credit exposure.Assist in the process of collecting and analysing industry or sector data.

2. 量化风险分析:针对各类风险开发量化风险计量工具,不断扩充量化工具库,提升量化管理的覆盖范围;协助完成市场数据采集与分析。

Quantitative Risk Analyst:Develop, enhance, and validate the methods of measuring and analyzing risk, for all risk types including market, credit and operational. Assist in market data collection and analysis.

3. 风险计量:开发并维护风险计量支持系统,开发并维护风险数据集市。

Risk Measurement Analysis: Develop and maintain risk measurement systems for the Risk Division.Build and maintain risk data marts.

任职资格要求1. 国内2020年应届生及海外2020/2021年毕业生,全日制硕士及以上学历的在校生;

As the internal control department of the Company, the Compliance Department is responsible for the review, supervision and inspection of compliance of the operation management and practicing conduct of the Company and all its employees, and. 岗位职责说明1、经纪业务合规管理:承担公司财富管理委员会和所辖分支机构的合规管理工作,为财管委和分支机构提供合规咨询及合规审核;参与对口部门的新产品新业务方案、制度及流程拟定并出具合规评估意见;对财富管理委员会和分支机构进行合规培训;对财富管理委员会分支机构开展定期或不定期的合规检查;负责经纪业务、代销金融产品、融资融券、新三板等相关业务的法律法规、监管规则的跟踪、收集、解读。

Brokerage Business Compliance Management: Undertake the Responsible to general compliance advisory for brokerage, wealth management sectors; Participate in new product/business evaluation and advice on related risk and feasibility; Provide compliance trainings to business sectors on new laws and regulations; Perform regular or ad-hoc compliance checking on brokerage business and related sub-branches; Responsible for tracking, collecting and interpreting laws, regulations and regulatory rules related to brokerage business.

2、反洗钱:协助反洗钱合规专岗制定、修订公司反洗钱内部控制制度和操作规程;对反洗钱法律法规准则和监管要求的追踪、传达和落实工作;协助开展对场外业务客户的反洗钱尽职调查初级分析公司;组织、协调公司相关部门根据法律法规以及公司内控制度的规定开展公司各业务线反洗钱工作,其中包含客户身份识别工作和可疑交易监测分析报送;协助反洗钱专岗开展公司海外税收法案(FATCA/CRS)及制裁相关合规工作。

Anti-Money Laundering (AML): Responsible for AML compliance revision on the company’s policies and procedures; Perform first level client due diligence(CDD) and suspicious transaction analysis and reporting(SAR);Responsible for tracking, collecting and interpreting laws, regulations and regulatory rules related to AML; Support AML specialist on the company's FATCA/CRS/Sanction compliance management.

3、托管/证券金融业务:托管部及证券金融业务线涉及的合同审核与起草工作;对口托管及证券金融业务线的日常合规咨询和创新业务支持;对口托管及证券金融业务线的合规督导(包括合规检查)、合规培训宣传;配合托管部及证券金融业务线的监管机关、自律组织的相关工作。

Custody/Prime Service Business: Contract reviewing and Drafting for Custody Department and Prime Service Business Line; Daily Compliance consulting, legal and compliance support for Innovation business; Compliance Supervision (including Compliance Inspection)and Compliance training; Communication with respective regulator and self-discipline organization.

4、股权投资/REITS业务:参与项目的谈判以及交易结构的设计;负责项目法律文件的起草、审核、修订;对相关投行业务进行合规管理;协助完善公司合规管理制度;为业务部门提供日常合规咨询。

Equity investment and REITS business: Participating in project negotiation and design of transaction structure; responsible for the drafting, review and revision of legal documents; Compliance management of relevant investment banking business; Assist in perfecting corporate compliance management system; Provide daily compliance advice to business.
