　　一、主语从句

　　在复合句中做主语，相当于名词，一般置于谓语之前，也可用it作形式主语，主语从句放后面。

　　（一）由wh-开头引导的主语从句

　　1.Where she has gone is not known yet.

　　目前还没有人知道她去哪儿了。

　　2.What he does is none of your business.

　　他的所作所为和你无关。

　　3.Which team will win the match is a matter of public concern.

　　到底哪一队夺冠，大家都拭目以待。

　　（二）连词that引导的主语从句

　　1.That he will come is uncertain.

　　他来不来还不确定。

　　2.That we cannot undertake the task is a fact.

　　我们无法承担这个任务，这是事实。

　　3.That the earth moves around the sun is a truth.

　　地球绕着太阳转是既定事实。

　　（三）It引导的形式主语: 当主语从句较长时，多放在句子后部，用 it 作形式主语

　　1.It is important for me to get in touch with my boss now.

　　当前对于我而言，与老板取得联系很重要。

　　2.It is essential that students in university should actively participate in practical activities in their spare time.

　　对于大学生而言，在闲暇时间积极参加实践活动很有必要。

　　二、表语从句

　　（一）由that引导的表语从句

　　1.The truth is that I have never been there.

　　事实是，我从来都没有去过那里。

　　2.The fact is that we have lost the game.

　　事实上，我们已经输了这场比赛。

　　3.My idea is that we will go to the Great Wall on Sunday.

　　我的主意是周天我们一起去爬长城。

　　（二）由wh-开头引导的表语从句

　　1.That is why she was absent yesterday.

　　这就是为什么她昨天迟到了。

　　2.The house is where Lu Xun once lived.

　　这间房屋鲁迅曾经住过。
