　　复合句中做宾语，相当于名词。

　　Everyone knows that the earth moves around the sun.

　　a) 由that引导的宾语从句

　　The old man said that the sun rises in the east and falls in the west.

　　b) 由连词if、 whether的宾语从句

　　I do not know if/whether he will come tomorrow.

　　The teacher asked if/whether we had finished the experiment.

　　c) 由wh-开头引导的宾语从句.

　　We fully understood what he meant.

　　【答案】D。本题tell后跟的是一个宾语从句，应该用正常的顺序，故本题选D。
